“Everybody has a past. That’s mine, so…” — Graham, Sex, Lies and Videotape

Warning: Rock and Roll Crossing!

Rotary Ten was a band I was in during high school, college, and exactly one year beyond. The songwriters included me (vocals), my twin brother Scott (keyboards), and our friend Greg Eyman (bass).  Drummers included (in order) Mike Bostwick, Brian Schulenberg (pictured), and Chris Solt (for our last year in Ithaca, NY).  I provide some history / perspective on that band in particular in this post here. You can hear several songs (and even download them, if you’re so inclined) at the Rotary Ten Bandcamp page.

A Bunch of Squares.

The Boy Wonder Jinx was basically the same band, with a couple different drummers — Matt Schneider, then Todd “Flash” Miller (pictured).  We changed the name upon moving to Raleigh, NC in the mid-nineties.  You can check out and/or download stuff at the Boy Wonder Jinx Bandcamp page.

You should also know that Scott and Greg went on to form the excellent, powerful band Goner, which I urge you to also check out on Bandcamp.

With a t-shirt like this, could groupies be far behind?
